A secondary battery is provided to prevent a sealing member from being separated or broken when an electrolyte solution injection hole is washed. A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly which comprises a positive electrode plate connected with a positive electrode tap, a negative electrode plate connected with a negative electrode tap and a separator; a can whose one part is opened to accommodate the electrode assembly; a cap assembly which seals the aperture of the can and is provided with a cap plate(360) having an electrolyte solution injection hole(362), wherein the entrance part of the electrolyte solution injection hole has a first expansion groove(363) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the electrolyte solution injection hole, an uneven part is formed at the lower surface of the first expansion groove, and the entrance part of the first expansion groove has a second expansion groove having a diameter of larger than the diameter of the first expansion groove. |
