An industrial waste treatment system is provided to use the hot water in household and industrial boilers by burning refuse-derived fuel and recycled plastic fuel, thereby producing waste gases with high temperatures and passing the waste gases through a waste gas temperature reducing apparatus, thereby producing hot water, and to exhaust clean gases to the outside by sequentially removing waste gases and dusts contained in the waste gases. An industrial waste treatment system comprises: a combustion apparatus(10) including a lower case(12) having a rotary table member and a retreatment unit formed therein, a lower central case(14) which is connected to a top part of the lower case, and has an external air inflow unit(B), a steam ejecting unit(C), and an ignition pipe(13), an upper central case(16) which is connected to a top part of the lower central case, and has a waste supply pipe(15), and an upper case(18) which is connected to a top part of the upper central case, and has a waste gas exhaust member formed therein; a waste gas temperature reducing apparatus(90) which is connected to the waste gas exhaust member, and which receives waste gas with a high temperature and lowers temperature of the waste gas; and a dust removing apparatus(200) separably connected to the waste gas temperature reducing apparatus to remove the temperature-lowered waste gas and dust contained in the waste gas. Further, the waste gas exhaust member contains an inner duct of which a lower part is installed at a lower part of the upper case, and an outer duct installed outside the inner duct, and a foreign materials discharge pipe.
