COATING PREOCESS AND EQUIPMENT OF WATER-BASED LUBRICANT FOR COLD FORGING

A coating process and equipment of water-based lubricant for cold forging is provided to form a lubricant film on the surface of material by applying water-based lubricant for cold forging. A coating equipment of water-based lubricant for cold forging comprises a conveyor(40), a pump(20), and a tank(10). The conveyor is a continuous moving belt, and transports materials from one place to another. The pump includes a rinsing water pump block and a lubricant pump block. The rinsing water pump block injects rinsing water to clean the materials. The lubricant pump block injects water-based lubricant to coat the materials. The tank includes a rinsing water tub(12), a lubricant tub(14), and a dry tub(16). The rinsing water tub contains rinsing water and connects with the rinsing water pump block. The lubricant tub contains water-based lubricant and connects with the lubricant pump block. The dry tub includes a dryer(50) for drying the water-based lubricant coated on the material.
