<p>A functional construction plate is provided to make a transparent coating layer by applying processing liquid containing colloidal silica and carbohydrazide on a film of the construction plate. In a functional construction plate having a film on the surface thereof, a coating layer, containing aldehyde capturing agent and colloidal silica as a main component, is formed on the film. The aldehyde capturing agent is carbohydrazide. The aldehyde capturing agent captures formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. The construction plate is a wooden cement plate.</p> |
