<p>Stent comprises a stent carrier, one or multiple anchor groups on the surface of the stent carrier, and one or multiple biomolecules, which are connected to the anchor groups. The same or different anchor groups are selected from compounds of the general formula (I). The compound having general formula (I), is new. (R 2>O) 2(O)P-L-(CH 2) x-M-R 1> R 1>-COOH, -OH, -SH, -NH2, benzophenone or benzophenone derivatives; R 2>H, -CH 2CH 3or -CH 3; L : a single bond or -o-; M : a single bond or -(CH 2-CH 2-O) y; and x,y : 1-25. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing a stent coated with biomolecules, which involves providing one or multiple stent carrier, cleaning of the stent carrier, selecting one or multiple, same or different anchor groups from the compounds having the general formula (I), and providing one or multiple, same or different biomolecules selected from the compounds; and (2) use of compound of the general formula (I) as anchor groups for bio molecules of stent carrier, and as anchor groups for the production one or multiple stents.</p> |
