<p>The two-wheeler has top and bottom pivot points (6, 7) respectively connecting a connecting rod (5) to a front frame (1) and an oscillating rear assembly (3). Rear and front pivot points (9, 10) respectively connect a lower pivoting link (8) to the frame and the assembly. The connections are such that the rod oscillates around an axis (M) perpendicular to a chain line (L) and trajectory of an instantaneous center of rotation (CIR) is moved towards front of the two-wheeler in a band parallel to and at a minimal distance from the line during compression of a damping system (4) e.g. cylinder.</p> |
