<p>A bone anchoring device is provided comprising
an anchoring element (1) comprising a shank (2) to be anchored in a bone or a vertebra and a head (4);
a connection element (20) for connecting at least two anchoring elements;
a receiving part (6) having a first end receiving the head (4), wherein the head is pivotable in the receiving part, and a second end comprising a recess (13) for receiving the connection element (20);
a first pressure element (17) which exerts pressure on the head (4) to lock the head in the receiving part (6);
a second pressure element(23) which exerts pressure on the connection element (20) to press the connection element against the first pressure element (17);
wherein the contour of the surface of at least the first pressure element (17) or the second pressure element (23) facing the connection element (20) deviates from the contour of the surface of the connection element.</p> |
