A tuner cover is provided to increase the contact area with a chassis in joining the cover to the chassis, thereby maintaining a stable contact state and preventing the instability of terminal grounding and the generation of impact noise. A tuner includes a chassis(21) and a cover(25). The chassis has protrusions(23) in the upper and lower portions of a side(22), which are integrated with a shielding plate. The cover has an elastic holding end portion(26) which covers the upper and lower portions of the chassis and is joined to the side protrusion. A contact end(27) for increasing contact area and intensity is provided to a side of the cover which is in contact with the joining portion of an F connector joined to the chassis. The contact end includes a bent end in contact with the chassis and a long hole.
