A dielectric material comprising composite perovskite and a fabrication method thereof, and a chip-type antenna using the same are provided to decrease the size of antenna by introducing (BaSr)TiO3, Ba(TiZr)O3, Nd2Ti2O7 and BaTiO3 in the dielectric material. A dielectric material having high dielectricity comprises (BaSr)TiO3, Ba(TiZr)O3, Nd2Ti2O7 and BaTiO3, wherein the total amount of (BaSr)TiO3, Ba(TiZr)O3 and BaTiO3 is over 50% by weight, and the total amount of (BaSr)TiO3, Ba(TiZr)O3 and Nd2Ti2O7 is less than 40% by weight. A chip-type antenna(10) has the dielectric material(12) having high dielectricity and a radiator(13) having specific pattern (microstrip line) on the dielectric material suitable for antenna. A fabrication method of the dielectric material comprises steps of: mixing (BaSr)TiO3, Ba(TiZr)O3, Nd2Ti2O7 and BaTiO3 and drying the mixture; calcining the mixture; grinding the calcined powder; spray-drying the ground powder; forming an article with the spray-dried powder; and sintering the article. Further, a sintering temperature is 900 to 1200 °C.
