A snow removal system for a high speed turnout of a railroad track is provided to prevent malfunction of variable rails by preventing an upper plate installed at a certain distance from variable rails from freezing, and to heighten heat conduction efficiency by conducting the heat generated from a heater to an upper plate sufficiently, to have excellent electric insulating properties, and to have a structure for easy replacement and repair. A snow removal system for a high speed turnout of a railroad track comprises an upper plate(12) fixed on a sleeper(10), a pair of fixed rails(20) installed to the upper part of the upper plate, a pair of variable rails(30) installed to the upper part of the upper plate and changing a railroad track by linking with the drive of a railroad switch(31), and at least one or more snow removal heaters(50) connected with a power line electrically on the lower part of the upper plate and contacted to the bottom of each upper plate.
