A structural material manufacturing method using bamboos is provided to secure low distortion due to low flexibility and good physical properties such as anti-bacteria, anti-fungi, heat insulation, dampproofing, warm keeping, and deodorization effects. A structural material manufacturing method using bamboos comprises the steps of: making the bamboos into a fibrillated bamboo state by cutting the bamboos horizontally and vertically and putting the cut bamboo pieces into a roller press; dry-distilling the fibrillated bamboo by putting the fibrillated bamboo into a closed dry distillation high-pressure device, injecting steam, and heating and pressurizing the fibrillated bamboo at 156~160°C and 5 atmospheric pressure for 1~6 hours; stacking the fibrillated bamboo longitudinally and horizontally by putting the dry-distilled bamboo into a mold; and molding the stacked bamboo in the shape of a structural material by heating and pressurizing the bamboo by a heat press.
