A method of transmitting a scheduling reference signal is provided to reduce the interference between the scheduling reference signals of a plurality of terminals by maintaining orthogonality between the scheduling reference signals. A method of transmitting a scheduling reference signal includes the steps of: transmitting the scheduling reference signal through a first transmitting zone, in an uplink frequency band divided into a plurality of transmitting zones, by a unit transmission bandwidth in which the scheduling reference signal is transmitted every transmission time; and transmitting the scheduling reference signal through a second transmitting zone at the next transmitting time after the scheduling reference signal is transmitted. A base station(100) informs a terminal(200) of the unit transmission bandwidth.
