REPAIRING MORTAR AND A PROCESS FOR REPAIRING TUNNEL USING THE SAME

A repairing mortar is provided to achieve sturdy repair rapidly within a short time in the repair construction of tunnel lining concrete. A repairing mortar exhibit a compressive strength of 6 N/mm^2 or more at three hours of age, and has a free flow of 200-300 mm, a setting start time of 45 minutes or longer, and a setting end time of 80 minutes or shorter. The mortar is obtained by blending ultrafine cement having a fineness of 5000-8000 cm^2/g, artificial lightweight aggregate sand having a water absorption of 5% or more and a density of the absolutely dry sand of 1.4-2.0 g/cm^3, fly ash, and water. The ultrafine cement is used as a cement-based binder. Fine aggregate is substituted with the artificial lightweight aggregate sand in an amount of 50vol% or less. The ultrafine cement is substituted with the fly ash in an amount of 50wt% or less. A ratio of water and the binder(wherein, the fly ash is included in the binder) ranges from 37 to 44%.
