An extract of a mixture herb medicines is provided to show excellent inhibitory effect on whole blood agglutinating capacity, blood platelet membrane receptor, and calcium mobilization in the blood platelet and inhibit blood flow adhesion capability induced by blood cell deformation stress, thereby being usefully used to prevent and treat diseases caused by blood circulation disorder such as arteriolosclerosis, cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, and cerebral infarction. A composition for preventing and treating thrombotic disease through blood circulation improvement comprises an extract of a mixture consisting of 18-22 parts by weight of Mume Fructus, 1-4 parts by weight of Amomi Fructus, 1-3 parts by weight of Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire, and 1-3 parts by weight of Santalum album, wherein the extract is obtained by using a polar solvent such as water, methanol, ethanol and a mixture thereof.
