A method for receiving system information in an MBMS is provided to enable a terminal not to receive the same system information from each cell when the terminal moves between cells in a global MBMS area, thereby unnecessarily preventing the terminal from receiving the same system information. A method for receiving system information in an MBMS comprises the following steps of: receiving indication information about the system information in a first area; receiving the system information in the first area; receiving indication information about the system information in a second area when a terminal(100) moves from the first area to the second area; and determining whether to receive the system information in the second area on the basis of the indication information received in the second area.
