A rotary compressor is provided to improve sealing property of the compressor by installing an O-ring between a plug and an accommodation part for a spring member. A rotary compressor(10) comprises a sealed casing(12) which includes a motor(14) and first and second rotating compression elements(32,34), cylinders(38,40), an intermediate partition plate(36) interposed between the cylinders, support members(54,56), and an oil hole. A supply passage is formed in the intermediate partition plate so that the oil hole is in communication with an intake shaft of the second rotating compression element. Gas compressed by the first rotating compression element is discharged into the sealed casing and then the discharged gas having intermediate pressure is compressed in the second rotating compression element. The support member closes an opening of the cylinder and has a shaft support. The oil hole is formed in the rotation shaft. |
