An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to be applied to a wide frequency band, a plurality of areas using different frequencies, and realize optimal performance even if use frequencies are close with each other by including a plurality of patch antennas. A power supply element(13) mounts a tag LSI(Large Scale IC)(15) on a power supply pattern(14). A plurality of patch antennas(12a-12c) are operated as a tag antenna and have different sizes. An RF coupler couples the power supply element and each patch antenna through RF. The power supply pattern includes a loop pattern(14a), and the RF coupler couples the loop pattern and each patch antenna through the RF. An H or C type patch shape is formed by bending a part of the patch antenna.
