A composition comprising a fermented product of a restorative herb medicine(Kyeong-Ok-Go) is provided to show improved anti-oxidative effect, cell physiological activity, and skin anti-aging effect and excellent stability. A method for preparing the same composition is provided to make it possible to mass-produce the Kyeong-Ok-Go through a simple process. A composition comprises 0.0001-30 wt.% of a fermented product of Kyeong-Ok-Go. A method for preparing the composition comprises the steps of: (a) providing the Kyeong-Ok-Go; and (b) fermenting the Kyeong-Ok-Go, wherein the Kyeong-Ok-Go is prepared by mixing ginseng, Rehmannia glutinosa, Poria cocos and honey and then warming up a mixture in a double boiler at least one time. Further, a pH of the composition is 3 to 6.5.
