An OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to embody a large display panel by utilizing minimum and low gray scales based on the supplement of high data currents. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a display panel(110), a gate driver(140), and a data driver(130). The display panel includes pixels, which are formed by data and gate lines having supply and source lines, having organic light emitting diodes at cross section where the data and gate lines cross each other. The gate driver sequentially supplies scan pulses to the gate lines. The data driver converts digital data into data currents, supplies the converted data current to the supply lines of the data lines, and receives currents distributed without supplying to the pixels among data currents which are supplied to the supply lines of the data lines through the source lines of the data lines.
