A multi-functional composite image device and its UI providing method are provided to allow a user to use a composite image device through a simple manipulation and have a good visual effect. A manipulation unit(1110) receives a manipulation instruction of a user and transfers it to a controller(1120). The controller controls operations of an image capturing unit(1130), a signal processing unit(1140), an external input/output unit(1150), and a storage unit(1170) to perform the operations according to the manipulation instruction of the user. The image capturing unit performs image/video capturing and transfers generated still image or video to the signal processing unit. The external input/output unit applies an image received from an external device to the signal processing unit or the storage unit, or applies image outputted from the signal processing unit to the external device. The signal processing unit processes a still image, video, voice and stores the same in the storage unit. The signal processing unit reproduces the still image, video, music, and voice stored in the storage unit and transfers the same to an output unit(1160). The output unit outputs the still image, video, music and voice to a user.
