A cooking vessel for restaurant is provided to maintain the temperature of boiled water by forming plural penetrating holes penetrated through internal/external bottom surfaces of a body. A cooking vessel for restaurant comprises a bolt body(3), a heat storage body(4), and a nut body(5). The bolt body, inserted into plural penetrating holes(23) penetrated through internal/external bottom surfaces(21,22) of a body(2), has a flat head part(31) fixed on the internal bottom surface and a nut engaging part(32) protruded on the external bottom surface. The heat storage body, attached to the external bottom surface, includes a placing part(41) for placing the flat head part at its upper surface and a screw hole(42) penetrated through its center. The nut body is screw-jointed with the nut engaging part to attach the heat storage part on the external bottom surface. |
