A panel for construction is provided to construct a roof easily and to couple strongly, and to prevent the inflow of water between adjacent panels for construction. A panel(1) for construction comprises filler(200) for heat insulation and insulation, and an upper metal plate(100) and a lower metal plate(300) attached to the top and bottom of the filler integrally. The filler for heat insulation and insulation is made of expanded Styrofoam and expanded urethane which is expanded while the upper metal plate and the lower upper plate are placed at a certain distance to unify the upper metal plate, the lower metal plate and the filler integrally. In addition, side paper(202,204) is provided to two ends of the panel for construction to prevent the outflow of expanded Styrofoam and urethane to the outside.
