A method and a structure for decreasing a response time of a lens focusing structure are provided to improve focusing performance by absorbing the vibration during moving a camera lens to a focusing position. A camera lens structure(20) includes a base(21), plural magnetic members(23), a frame(24), a front cover(25), a rear cover(26), a housing(27), and plural elastic elements(28). The base includes a winding(30), which is wound around an outer periphery thereof. A center-aligned lens(31) is contained in the winding. The base is mounted in the frame. The magnetic members are mounted on four side surfaces of the frame. The elastic element is made of a conductive material and arranged between the frame and the rear cover and between the frame and the front cover.
