A maxillary sinus membrane lifting device for dental implant is provided to facilitate implant placement of maxillary sinus graft in high safety without causing any secondary disease or infection between maxillary sinus membrane and maxilla. A maxillary sinus membrane lifting device comprises a regulation unit(23) integrately formed at the lower end of a pipe-shaped main frame(22), an inflating pouch(25) provided to an inner space of the main frame to push a maxillary sinus membrane upwards in a direction of a maxilla when the inflating pouch inflates, an inflating pressure unit connected to the space for supplying gas or liquid to the inflating pouch for inflation. The main frame is fixed at a maxilla hole through an auxiliary tool(26) screwed to a screw thread(221) of the main frame.
