Preset portions of coffee, milk and sugar for dissolving in water are combined in a single packaging. A coffee composition comprises coffee and optional additives such as milk (powder), milk (powder) substitutes and sugar (substitutes), combined in a single packaging in e.g. powder, tablet, pill or cube form. This composition is dissolved in water or other suitable liquids to prepare a coffee beverage.
