A developing cartridge and an image forming apparatus including the same are provided to separate only a side frame without a need to separate a cover casing to attach or detach contained parts easily through an attaching/detaching opening. A developing cartridge(100) includes a photoreceptor(155), a developing unit(152), a cleaning unit(153), a charging unit(151), and a support casing(110). The developing unit is disposed in parallel with the photoreceptor to develop the photoreceptor with toner. The cleaning unit cleans wasted toner on the photoreceptor. The charging unit charges the photoreceptor. The support casing has a containing body(111) and a support portion. The containing body has an attaching/detaching opening. At least two contained parts of the photoreceptor, the developing unit, the cleaning unit, and the charging unit can enter and leave in common through the attaching/detaching opening. The support portion supports the contained parts contained into the containing body.
