FIBER DETERGENT AND CONDITIONER COMPOSITION CONTAINING REACTIVE MATERIAL

A fabric detergent and softener composition is provided to improve the softness of fibers and to allow the softness of fibers to be maintained semi-permanently. A fabric detergent and softener composition comprises 0.01-20 parts by weight of a composite which comprises a functional part of block, random, crosslinked, graft, dendrimer, multiply branched or their combination form for giving the beneficial properties to fibers, and an active part capable of covalent bonding with the residue of fibers; 10-40 parts by weight of a mixture surfactant which comprises a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant in a ratio of 1:4 to 7:1 by weight; 10-70 parts by weight of an alkali builder; and 5-40 parts by weight of hard water softener.
