An emergency unlocking device for a digital door lock is provided to raise a safety level by unlocking the digital door lock from indoors, when the digital door lock erroneously operates. An emergency unlocking device for a digital door lock includes a body(110), a movable plate(210), a fixed plate(230), an unlocking bar(220), and a torsion spring(240). The movable plate is fixed on the body. The movable plate is movably coupled with one side of the fixed plate. The other side of the fixed plate is fixed on a door. The unlocking bar is movably installed on the fixed plate and held by the movable plate. The unlocking bar fixes the movable plate on the fixed plate. The torsion spring is applied between the fixed and movable plates. Both ends of the torsion spring are fixed on the fixed and movable plates, such that the movable plate is moved, when the unlocking bar is unlocked.
