摘要 A preparation method of ceramic balls for neutralizing toxic substances is provided to neutralize efficiently toxic oxides or volatile toxic substances produced in the discharge process of food garbage and odorous gas contained in the toxic oxides or volatile toxic substances by using a ceramic ball type neutralizing material within a food garbage disposal apparatus. A preparation method of ceramic balls for neutralizing toxic substances comprises processes of: (a) mixing raw materials of 85 to 90 wt.% of a mineral comprising mica and kaolin as principal components and a small quantity of copper, 3 to 8 wt.% of a fibrous material comprising mugwort and activated carbon as principal components and a small quantity of herb, and 3 to 8 wt.% of seaweeds comprising tangleweed and agar-agar for 3 to 4 hours, and aging the mixture into a sol state; (b) agitating the aged mixture in an agitation tank for 3 to 5 days, and forming porous opened balls with a size of 5 to 15 mm from the agitated mixture by using a ball molding apparatus; and (c) drying the porous opened balls for 4 to 5 days, heat-treating the dried balls to a temperature of 300 to 1500 °C in a high temperature furnace, and cooling the heat-treated balls to room temperature.
