An analog-digital converter and a temperature information output device including the same are provided to remove a charge pump since a negative voltage is not necessary therein. An integration unit(310) includes an inversion terminal for receiving a reference voltage having a positive value including 0, and a non-inversion terminal for receiving a voltage higher than the reference voltage, in order to output a second voltage by integrating a difference between the reference voltage and the voltage higher than the reference voltage. A counter unit(320) outputs a digital code by counting clocks while the second voltage reaches a level of the first voltage. The second voltage of the integration unit is increased according to the time.
