An organic light emitting device and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device using the same are provided to prevent luminance non-uniformity by adjusting a turn on/off voltage of a first transistor. An organic light emitting device includes an organic light emitting diode(D), first and second transistors(T1,T2), and first and second capacitors(C1,C2). A first terminal of the organic light emitting diode is connected to a first power line. A gate of the first transistor is connected to a scan line and a first terminal thereof is connected to a data line. A gate of the second transistor is connected to a second terminal of the first transistor and a first terminal thereof is connected to a second terminal of the organic light emitting diode. The first capacitor is connected between the gate of the second transistor and a second power line. The second capacitor is connected between the scan line and the gate terminal of the second transistor.
