WALLPAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The interior wall paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the working man power, the working space and the working time and to prevent the badness of adhesion from generating. A PVC resin layer(20) is stacked at a side of a non-woven cloth layer(10). A print layer(30) is formed on the PVC resin layer. A surface protection layer(40) is stacked on the print layer. A viscose agent layer(50) is formed at the rear surface of the non-woven cloth layer. The release paper(60) is attached to the lower surface of the viscose agent layer. The equivalent of the non-woven cloth layer is 10g/m^2 to 100g/m^2. The thickness of the non-woven cloth layer is 0.01 mm to 0.30 mm. The non-woven cloth layer is formed by a dry type non-woven cloth. The PVC resin layer is a calender sheet or a casting sheet. The PVC resin layer contains the flame-proof agent. The bonding stacking temperature of the PVC resin layer and the non-woven cloth is 150 to 220 °C.
