OPTIMUM TENDER PRICE AUTOMATION EVALUATION SYSTEM USING NEURAL NETWORK TECHNIQUE

A system for estimating an optimal bid price automatically with a neural network technique is provided to offer a reliable bid price to a user by comparing and analyzing present bidding results with the neural network technique, and estimating the optimal bid price automatically based on an analysis result. A neural network is trained in guided learning(210) and autonomous learning(220). Discrimination/feasibility investigation, first result calculation, precise investigation, second result calculation, database comparison/analysis, and the final bid price estimation are performed by receiving first bid price information from a user(230). The final bid price and a recommended bid price are provided to a user by comparing and analyzing the data applied to the final bid price estimation and present successful bid price data based on the trained neural network(250).
