A FUNCTIONAL DRY CEMENT MORTAR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A functional dry cement mortar and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain radiation of healthful far-infrared ray and anions from cement and to obtain deodorizing effect and antimicrobial activity in cement by introducing natural mineral sericite or illite in the cement mortar. A manufacturing method of a functional dry cement mortar comprises steps of: grinding natural mineral and monazite in a crusher and removing impurities by selecting particles by means of dry air distribution or sieve(S110); removing all the moisture in the natural mineral and monazite by heating the natural mineral and monazite at 105-200 °C in a dry furnace(S120); grinding the dried natural mineral to 200-325 mesh and grinding the dried monazite to 200-320 mesh(S130); and mixing the natural mineral, the monazite, silver nanoparticles, TiO2, cement and sand in an appropriate ratio in order to obtain dry cement mortar(S140). The obtained functional dry cement mortar comprises: 30-60wt% of cement, 15-25wt% of sericite or illite having particle size of 200-325mesh, 5-25wt% of monazite having particle size of 200-320 mesh, 0.05-1wt% of silver nanoparticle, 1-10wt% of TiO2 and 5-15wt% of sand having particle size of 200-325 mesh.
