An agricultural-product drying machine is provided to uniformly dry agricultural products and reduce labor costs and energy. An agricultural-product drying machine comprises: multilevel wicker trays(2) which are put in the drying machine; transfer poles(6,7) which are connected to screw bars(8,9) in the front/rear of both sides of the wicker trays and moved forward and backward; and horizontal bars which are installed between the transfer poles and have projecting pieces(60) formed at fixed distances. The projecting pieces are projected inside the wicker tray through the long holes formed at the wicker tray. Thus, the movement of the projecting pieces allows agricultural products such as red pepper to be automatically turned over. |
