A method of controlling a coffee material in an automatic vending machine is provided to serve customers with various coffee tastes by enabling the customers to personally vary ingredients of the coffee material. An automatic vending machine includes a water container(11), a coffee container(12), a sugar container(13), a cream container(14), and an ejector for the water, coffee, sugar, and cream. An ejecting tube(25) is elongated from the ejector toward a material inserting hole(22). Electronic valves(15-18) are arranged to adjust the amounts of water, coffee, sugar, and cream, and arranged on the ejecting tube. The electronic valves are opened or closed under the control of a microprocessor(19). A coin detector(20), a select button(21), and a cup sensor(23) are connected to the microprocessor. |
