A cell therapeutic agent for treating autoimmune disease induced by autoimmune cytotoxicity is provided to inhibit function of T cells, especially Th1 cells by regulating differentiation of T cells causing damage of itself body with therapeutic B cells. A method for preparing a cell therapeutic agent for treating autoimmune disease induced by autoimmune cytotoxicity comprises the steps of: (a) separating B cells from an autoimmune disease individual; (b) culturing the separated B cells in a medium containing a material for inducing proliferation of B cell, and adding an antigen causing autoimmune disease into the medium to stimulate the B cells; and (c) collecting the firstly cultured B cells, culturing the collected B cells in a medium containing B cell growth factor, and stimulating them with the antigen for causing autoimmune disease, wherein the autoimmune disease is multiple sclerosis, type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis or Hashimoto's thyroiditis. |
