A non-discharge type exhaust gas processing apparatus is provided to prevent environmental contamination due to exhaust gas. A non-discharge type exhaust gas processing apparatus comprises exchange sections(2), gas exchange chambers(23) and gas mixing chambers(3). The exchange sections are provided in a container behind an inlet(1) of exhaust gas. Each gas exchange chamber is positioned between a jet hole(21) and a diffusion hole(22) while being connected with the jet hole and the diffusion hole. A through opening(24) is provided in the first gas exchange chamber of the exchange section. The gas mixing chambers are provided to each connection unit between the exchange sections. An exhaust pipe is provided to the last gas mixing chamber.
