A microdevice, and a method for preparing the microdevice are provided to reduce shrinkage and stress, to improve shape confidence and shape precision and to increase aspect ratio. A microdevice is prepared by using at least partial side chain polymer. Preferably the side chain polymer is reacted and mixed with a multifunctional polymer and is UV curing. More preferably the side chain polymer is an acrylated polyether. Preferably the side chain polymer is mixed with a reactive or unreactive inorganic filler such as a silica particle, a mineral filler, and/or a conductive and electrically active filler. |
