A paddy harrow capable of rolling is provided to constantly maintain a horizontal state while shaking of the rotor though a tractor and a rotor tilt left and right by the uneven ground. A paddy harrow capable of rolling includes: a rotor(R) comprising a rotor blade(RF) and a rotor cover(RC) installed on a rotor body(RB); a harrow plate(H); a joint part(10); a link part(20); and a stopper part(40). The joint part has a first ball joint, a first link rod integrally connected to the first ball joint and a first hinge shaft, and a second link rod connected to a second hinge shaft and a third hinge shaft. The link part has a second ball joint, a third link rod connected to the second ball joint, a fourth link rod connected to a fourth hinge shaft, and a fifth link rod connected to fifth and sixth hinge shafts. The stopper has a guide bracket with a guide slot, a sixth link rod connected to eighth and ninth hinge shafts, and a guide pin. |
