A grass growing sidewalk brick are provided to prevent a cover plate from being broken by integrating the cover plate for protecting a grass area with a planting box. A grass growing sidewalk brick(20) comprise a main body, through-holes, growth guide paths, stepped parts, and fixing parts. The through-holes are formed from the top to the bottom at the main body, and drains rainwater quickly. The growth guide paths are formed on the top horizontally and vertically, and pass the through-holes. The stepped part is formed to mount a planting box(30) stably. The fixing parts are inserted in fixing hole of the planting box. Placed between the sidewalk bricks, the planting box includes a cover plate, lateral walls, fixing holes, and a bottom. The cover plate is provided with a flange, which is mounted on the stepped parts of the sidewalk bricks. The lateral walls are installed at two sides of a major axis and minor axis. The fixing holes receive the fixing part of the sidewalk bricks to assemble the planting box to the sidewalk brick. The bottom is installed at lower part of the planting box. |
