ORGANIC COLOR FILTER-LESS COLOR PIXEL AND IMAGE SENSOR HAVING THE SAME

An organic color filter-less color pixel and an image sensor having the same are provided to increase sensitivity of a pixel of to incident light by lowering relatively a position of a microlens. A color pixel array(20) does not include organic color filters. The color pixel array three kinds of color filters such as white pixels(21,23), a pseudo cyan pixel(25) for photoelectric conversion of a residual region except for at least a part of a red light region of a visible region, and a pseudo yellow pixel(27) for photoelectric conversion of a residual region except for at least a part of a blue light region of a visible region. The white pixels have the same structure. The white pixels are manufactured by performing the same manufacturing process.
