An earth quake-proof reinforcement structure of a distribution board is provided to execute installation on an existing distribution board by controlling distance using a turn buckle. An earth quake-proof reinforcement structure of a distribution board includes vertical supporting rods(2), a supporting plate(4), an installation bracket(5), an L-type bracket(6), an angled pipe(8), and a turn buckle(14). The vertical supporting rods are coupled to the supporting plate by the medium of insertion members(3) and support the supporting plate. The supporting plate is coupled to the installation bracket with the L-type bracket and horizontal and vertical bolts(7a,7b). A distribution board is positioned on the installation bracket. The angled pipe is coupled to the vertical bolts having a gap from the supporting plate and is coupled to the supporting rods with a U-type bolt(10) and a fixing bolt(11). The turn buckle is installed on an anchor bracket(13) formed on the floor and is connected to a shackle(12) of the fixing bolt.
