A wind power generator is provided to increase the generation efficiency by using a solar cell installed on a wind-collecting plate and to obtain aesthetic external appearance of a building by using a wind-collecting plate for the purpose of guidance or advertisement. A wind power generator comprises at least one generator(11) and a wind-collecting plate(13). The one generator has at least one rotating shaft(11a) to generate induction current according to rotation of the rotating shaft. The wind-collecting plate rotates at a predetermined angle about the rotating shaft to transfer power to the rotating shaft. The wind-collecting plate has an S shape or a bow shape. An elastic member returns the wind-collecting plate to the initial position. At least one solar cell is positioned on the wind-collecting plate to convert sunlight into electrical energy. |
