A non-discharge type exhaust gas processing apparatus is provided to completely combust exhaust gas by allow remaining gas to be returned to an inlet through a feedback pipe. A non-discharge type exhaust gas processing apparatus comprises a container, exchange sections(2), gas exchange chambers(23) and gas mixing chambers(3). The exchange sections are provided in a container behind an inlet(1) of exhaust gas. Each gas exchange chamber is positioned between a jet hole(21) and a diffusion hole(22) while being connected with the jet hole and the diffusion hole. A through opening(24) is provided in the first gas exchange chamber of the exchange section. The gas mixing chambers are provided to each connection unit between the exchange sections. An exhaust pipe(4) is connected with the inlet of the first exchange section.
