摘要

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to minimize transmittance reduction caused by misalign by expanding a width of a bar type electrode and an interval between the bar type electrodes, and prevent increase of driving voltage. A lower substrate(1) has a gate line(11), a data line(12) and a TFT(Thin Film Transistor). A pixel electrode(20) is formed in the lower substrate, and includes plural first bar type electrodes(20a) spaced at predetermined disposition intervals. An upper substrate faces the lower substrate. A common electrode(28) is formed in the upper substrate, and includes plural second bar type electrodes(28a) disposed at the same disposition intervals as the first bar type electrodes. LC is interposed between the lower substrate and the common electrode. A width of the first and second bar type electrodes is about 4~6‘í. The disposition interval is about 11.5~13.5‘í.
