A sewer maintenance monitoring system is provided to enable a remote manager to monitor the inside of a sewer installed with flow meter sensors with the naked eye, thereby exactly monitoring a flow of sewage even though an error is generated from data measured by the sensor. Flow meter sensors(10) measure flux and water levels of sewage. Underwater cameras(30) take pictures of the inside of a sewer. Field control boxes(100-1~100-N) calculate a flow by receiving images taken by the cameras and the flux and the water levels of the sensors, and process the taken images according to transport formats. A central control system(200) collects sewage-related data and image data, analyzes whether infiltration/inflow/water leakage occur by perceiving alterations of flux, water level, and flow data, outputs the image data on a screen to associate analyzed data with the image data, and monitors the associated data, then measures water levels of sewage from the image data to complement/verify data by the sensors.
