The invention relates to a method for dispensing one or more products (8) to an assembly (1) for carrying out this method, comprising a form-retaining container (2) for receiving the product(s) (8), said container (2) having an outflow opening (6), and means (9) for introducing into the container (2) a medium (15) for displacing the product(s) (8). The displacing medium introduction means (9) are arranged for introducing the displacing medium (15) into the container (2) such that it exerts on the product(s) (8) substantially only a force directed towards the outflow opening (6). The displacing medium introduction means (9) may include a chamber (18) that is separated from the part (19) of the container (2) containing the product(s) (8) by means of a flexible diaphragm (17). The dispensing assembly (1) may further include a dispensing adapter (30) connected to the container (2) around the outflow opening (6) and supporting a movable closure member (32). |
