A temporary address generation/allocation method in a portable Internet network and a radio resource allocation method using the generation/allocation method are provided to use the method in an application program selectively since an IPv6(Internet Protocol version 6) temporary address is used, while a random value can be included, thereby guaranteeing a person's privacy. A terminal generates a link local address by using a self interface ID(401). The terminal receives a necessary parameter from a router through a router discovery process(402). When being operated in a stateless auto-configuration way, a global address is generated by using a prefix value included in a router advertisement message(403). An IPv6 temporary address for portable Internet is generated by using a service flow ID(404).
