A panel for a railroad car is provided to be connected to other panels through coupling units of reinforcing members and to facilitate attachment and detachment of a structure such as a chair when used as flooring. A panel for a railroad car includes a core material(20), upper and lower skin materials(30a,30b), adhesives(40a,40b), and sound insulation coating layers(50a-50d). The upper and lower skin materials are adhered to upper and lower surfaces of the core material. The adhesives stick the core material on the upper and lower skin materials. The sound insulation coating layers are formed on at least one of the core material and the upper and lower skin materials. The core material has a honeycomb core and reinforcing members(24) coupled to both ends of the honeycomb core.
